Features:

The model ‘FC’ Gate Valve is a field-proven valve which provides reliability and interchangeability.

The ‘FC’ valves have bi-directional sealing and a non-rising stem making it ideally suited for drilling Manifolds, X-mas trees, and severe service.

No special tools are needed to change gate and seat assembly.

The Stem pin protects the stem and internal parts from failure by shearing if the handwheel is over-torqued.

One piece gate helps to prevent line sediment from entering the body cavity and prevents pressure locks when the upstream pressure drops.

A wide range of body and trim materials to meet various operating conditions.

Easily equipped with Hydraulic Actuators for Manifold or Subsea service.

Gate Valve FLS® Style

The MCM’s FLS is a full-bore, through-conduit gate valve available in pressure ratings from 3000 to 15,000 psi and bore sizes from 2-1/16” to 4-1/16”. The MCM CAMERON STYLE TYPE ‘FLS’ Gate Valve has bi-directional sealing and none-rising stem making it ideally suited for drilling choke and kill manifolds, x-mas trees, and severe service. LCS Oil tools offers:

Windlass® high pressure low torque Plug Valves. They are available in a variety of sizes & connections for easy and safe operations. They come in multiple bores and are available up to 15,000 PSI for standard service and 10,000 PSI for H2S (sour gas) service. Repair kits are also available to increase their life and make them perform safely for a longer period.

These Plug Valves are designed to meet the needs and requirements of the oilfield. They can withstand the high erosion rates and pressures encountered in today’s operating environment.

O’Drill ®: Interchangeable with the Halliburton® Bottom Load Style Plug Valve, Threaded, flanged or union end connections in 1” and 2”.
